Steps to Ordering Evexia Blood Panel Bundles

Follow these steps below to take advantage of specially curated Blood Panel Wellness Bundles.

1. Log into your Evexia Diagnostics account.

2. Go to the EVEXIA LINK tab along the left side menu. “lets”/

3. Once you are in the EVEXIA LINK section choose an existing patient or create a new patient.

4. Add a New Lab Order.

6. Choose “Quest Diagnostics”.

7. Click the “Add an Evexia Diagnostics Panel To Order”

8. Here you will see your bundles listed. Select one to assign to your patient.

You will get credited for any discount offer on the panel that comes with the bundle.
