CHANGE IN LABORATORY SERVICES

Dear Client,

Effective immediately, Evexia Diagnostics has ceased using Quest Diagnostics to perform any and all laboratory testing and is transitioning the performance of all our conventional laboratory testing to LabCorp and Access Medical Laboratory (AML). This decision was the result of multiple, unresolved pricing disputes with Quest and the current failure to negotiate a fair and reasonable agreement on behalf of our clients. We apologize for any inconvenience this transition may cause, but we believe that this decision is in the best interest of Evexia and our more than 3,000 clients. All Evexia clients currently have the ability to order testing through both LabCorp and AML using EvexiaLink.

LabCorp, headquartered in Burlington, North Carolina, is a leading global life sciences company that is deeply integrated in guiding patient care through its comprehensive clinical laboratory services. LabCorp’s mission is to improve health and improve lives by delivering world-class diagnostics and using technology to change the way care is delivered. LabCorp provides diagnostic and technology-enabled solutions for more than 120 million patient encounters per year, processes tests on more than 2.5 million patient specimens per week and supports clinical trial activity in approximately 100 countries through its industry-leading central laboratory business.

Access Medical Lab (AML) is the nation’s premier specialty diagnostic laboratory, offering a broad menu of testing from blood, saliva and urine samples. Tests are performed at their 25,000 square-foot ultra-automated facility in Jupiter, Florida. AML is committed to using the latest state of the art instrumentation and testing methodologies, offering consistent 24-hour turnaround time and requiring 1/2 the amount of tubes and processing time per draw.

LabCorp has nearly 2,000 Patient Service Centers nationwide, and both LabCorp and AML offer the ability to draw in-office, along with providing free supplies. In addition, LabCorp will provide a centrifuge, drop box and courier service, and AML provides free overnight shipping of specimens via FedEx.

Using EvexiaLink, you can quickly and easily order our entire suite of conventional and specialty tests. In addition, all Evexia lab panels as well as your custom lab panels are available for easy ordering, and most panels include our comprehensive Functional Health Report. We have already begun the process of converting any Quest custom panels. This process should be completed within the next 2 weeks.
